Chandigarh, June 30: A major twist has emerged in Haryana’s massive ₹661 crore IDFC First Bank scam. Suspended IAS officer Pradeep Dagar has gone missing and switched off his phone just four days before his official retirement.
The CBI has launched a massive manhunt to track him down.
