JAMMU, JUNE 20 Taking serious cognizance of a report under garb of renovation owner of residential plot 323/4 Channi Himmat Jammu constructs full-fledged commercial hall on 1500 sq ft on ground floor without any valid permission from JMC.
The JMC enforcement staff sealed both the shutters on the ground floor and duly pasted the sealing notice along with a copy of the JMC Commissioner’s order.
The JMC Commissioner’s order, which has been pasted on the shutter of the two shops at 323/4, Channi Himmat Housing Colony on main road ward No 50, elaborated the reasons for the JMC’s decision.
