Jammu, June 18: After fight for years, JMC employees got the achievement but lot of them stand retired & some are the verge of retirement that J&K Govt notified Recruitment Rules of Jammu Municipal Corporation( Subordinate) Services but, if enquired, it shall detect a scam of illegal & "Pick Choose) higher placements without RR's but lot were not placed on higher posts despite their recommendations were in RRs stand recommended by JMC itself raised some questions on concerned officers?
However, in case one among all is that one Official , who was transferred to JMC as Draftsman vide Govt Order No.. 03-JK(HUD) of 2023 dtd. 03.01.2023 but was allowed to work as Building Officer without any furth orders by JMC & the matter was informed to Joint Commissioner(A) Mr. Rajiv Khajuria but he did not bother to act.
STP, JMC, Mr Manoj Gupta was also informed accordingly &after understanding the seriouness of the issue, immediatly, he communicated to where he communicated the issue to higher authorities.
However, in one case, one can see that once upon a time, JMC itself recomended in the RR that HD on the cadre of JMC, Building Officer in JMC shall be with 07 years services as HD but strange to mention here that said Official was promoted as HD on 06.10.2020 & his 07 years shall complete as required service for Building Officer on 05.10.2027, but he was allowed to continue as Building Officer but that too without any order from any authority of JMC, a matter of great concern to be looked into.
