JAMMU, June 18: The Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, has issued notice to the Home Department in a petition filed by Sunil Singh Jasrotia, the then SDPO Gandhi Nagar, challenging his suspension under Government Order No. 541-Home of 2025 dated 13.11.2025.
After hearing, the Tribunal directed the respondents to file their reply by or before the next date of hearing and, in the meantime, asked them to consider granting enhanced subsistence allowance to the applicant.
The matter has been listed for July 2, 2026.
