Jammu, No doubts there are countless questions on the integrity & working of Officers of H&UDD as a whole for adopting "Pick & Choose" for adopting different procedures for according promotions/higher placements but none bothered to act on such officers, which is otherwise a proved case of vested considerations on the part of promotions according officers?
Now, one can see, one Govt after facing harassment from the officers for getting his due promotion, filed a WP CAT & in High Court& in between waiting for orders of his due promotion from the incompetent officers of H&UDD, the Officer left to heaven &after High court Orders, bosses of H&UDD constrained to issue promotion orders of the deceased officer.
Shall CM being the H&UDD Minister act tough on the team of officers, who delayed the promotion of the officer till he was alive & on whose illegality, the litigation occurred causing loss to Govt Exchequer on the fault of officers & overall today gave a bade name to whole department & above all to JKUT Govt as a whole for its negligence's?
