SRINAGAR, June 12: A driver was killed while two onboard students were injured after a school bus met with an accident in the Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
It said that a school bus belonging to IPTS School Khansahib lost control and plunged into a deep gorge in the Neegu Jabbad area of Brenwar, Chadoora.
It said the driver died on the spot due to the impact of the crash, while two students travelling in the bus sustained injuries and were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital Chadoora for treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation has been taken up.
