Jammu, June 11: There are countless questions on the integrity/working of lot of officers of Jammu Dev Authority but no actions on such officers made such like other officers more powerful to harass public by this way or the other.
Cross Town News is in possession of such like documents wherein one JKAS Officer working as Tehsildar in JDA is adopting "Pick & choose" in actions despite after issuing Notices under various Sections & which can be verified by govt by calling details of Notices issues to state land encroachers in Deeli & adjoining areas but thereafter the boss tehsildar preferred to sleep for further actions under further various sections.
However, Cross Town News is in possession of copy of one Notice u/s 4 issued by said Tehsildar, JDA vide without any No. ...???.... but dated 22.05.2026 by which it was asked to reply "SHOW CAUSE NOTICE" by 6th June 2026 & on today is 12th of June & Govt can verify the facts of actions taken by the JKAS Officer, Tehsildar, which shall speak her actual working in Jammu Dev Authority along with other concerned, who were also to look into such matters?
However, it is the need of the day & time to secruitize details of all Notices issue, by Tehsildars and actions thereof.
