Jammu, June 07: No doubts there are lot of questions on Govt as a whole for violating rules for their interests by killing the genuine rights of oths & Cross Town News is in possession of lot of such orders wherein promotions & transfers has been made by various so called honest & competent officers in open violation of Rules & Acts, even without Recruitment Rules, which are being quoted for the innocents whom higher placements officers dont wanted to do, which raised a proved question of doubtful integrity of those officers?
However, one can see such issue in the below mentioned order, copy of which is in possession of Cross town News, wherein one Doctor has been transferred from Sunderrbani to Kot Bhalwal but has been further ordered to draw his salary from any vacant post from Rajouri, clearly raised some doubts in such like orders.
