LEH, June 1: The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has appointed 2004 batch AGMUT Cadre IAS officer Shurbir Singh as the Commissioner (Appeals) under the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST) Act, 2017.
