JAMMU, May 22: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has nominated Justice Sanjay Dhar as the Judicial Nodal Authority for coordination with the Judicial Infrastructure Advisory Committee headed by Supreme Court Judge Justice Aravind Kumar.
