SRINAGAR,Nov 24: Minister for Information and Technology Imran Raza Ansari on Tuesday directed the technical Education Department to initiate strictest possible action against the delinquent lecturer and declare the officer as dead wood thus making the base for compulsorily retirement from service
.Mushtaq Ahmad Tiploo, senior lecturer at Government Higher Secondary School, Jawahar nagar, had evaluated the Physics answer paper of Adnan Hilal son of Hilal Ahmad Gilkar of Hyderpora and had declared him fail. The lecturer had given Adnan only 28 out of 100After seeing his result, Adnan committed suicide.Though after revaluation of the answer paper, Adnan was declared to have scored 48 marks in a total pass percentage of 70.04 % marks.Adnan committed suicide on seeing his result.
