Jammu, May 18: Jammu Rural Police booked hardcore criminal Vikash Singh under PSA for repeated involvement in violent offences disturbing public order in Akhnoor.
After detention orders from District Magistrate Jammu, the accused was lodged in District Jail Bhaderwah.
