Jammu, May 08: In O.A./966/2025 (JAMMU) [ REGULARISATION ] titled GIAN SINGH Vs FINANCE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Reply till date has not been filed by Mr. Magotra despite imposition of cost of Rs. 4,000/-. rather, learned A.A.G. seeks further time to file reply.
Prayer is accepted and further three weeks time is granted to Mr. Magotra to file reply subject to further payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited in Advocate Welfare's Fund, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
