Srinagar, May 05: DSEK ordered for re-constitution of District Level Departmental Promotion Committee-Nomination of members thereof vide ORDER NO: DSEK OF 2026, details with CTN read as under:-
"In partial modification to this Directorate's order No: 383-DSEK of 2025 Dated: 30-12-2025, sanction is hereby accorded to the nomination of the following officers as representatives of this Directorate for conducting the District Level Departmental Promotion Committee meeting of Non-Gazetted staff for the sole purpose of Functional Promotions, including absorption of CPWs/ LFWs, for the Districts shown against each.
For Srinagar/Pulwama: Rifat Jabeen, Additional Secretary Legal, Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
Anantnag/ Bandipora/Ganderbal: Dr. Iqbal Hussain Mir, (JKAS) Personnel Officer, Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
Shopian/Kulgam/ Baramulla: Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Khanday, (JKAS) Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of School Education, Kashmir.
