One more case of top level officer, Secretary of JDA can be observed from his lack of knowledge or for submitting intentional false reply to hide the illegalities committed by other officers just to shield them.
It is to highlight that if such like senior officer in a complaint to LG Office on record communicate with wrong facts, what public can expect from such like officer in resolving public issues?
In actual the complaint was revolving around illegalities committed by then VC, JDA & CTP & his team for rejecting a Building Permission case on wrong & illegal facts & in contravention to items mentioned in the Master Plan?
Following an enquiry sought by Govt, then VC, JDA submitted detailed report vide his No. CTP/JDA/000176/388 Dated. 1.10.2022 to then Pr Secretary, H&UDD by mentioning that terms & conditions in rejecting the said BP case not justified but to show his super powers he added one additional & new condition on his own level, which was otherwise illegal as per site conditions & the complaint was mainly over the said facts of VC' report dated. 1.10.2022.
But, Secretary JDA's reply to LG Office on disposal is in 100% contraventions to the complaint submitted by the applicant to LG for actions on the defaulting officers, so it is the need of the day to verify the facts of the complaint & reply of the boss Secretary, JDA.
So, it is the need of the day on the part of senior Officers to verify the facts by reviewing the disposal by Secretary, JDA as below & Complaint filed, which shall bring the truth on ground .
