Jammu, Apr 11: No doubts there are countless questions on incompetence & working of lot of top officers but despite then LG, CM assigned them multiple & prestegious postings in the administrations.
It is also a well aware of the fact that Govt compulsory retired lot of officers on recommendations of a so called High Power Committee under Art 226(2) but in open non compliance of guidelines of Art 226, so why such illegal Govt Orders were quashed by various courts, which however damaged the image of officers but none of incompetent officer was taken to task after quashing of their illegal & wrong recommendations.
However, one more such malafidies, incompetence or any other illegal concern of some officers can be observed from the below order as one RDA was ordered against one Officer over making excess payment but after examining the facts that during the period said officer was not posted in the said office following which RDA was closed.
But, shall Govt initiate some actions on the team of officers, who proposed RDA against the said honest officer as his image would have been damaged by initiating the said RDA, otherwise which should not have been ordered as officer was not posted there & how such illegal RDA was ordered, no doubts a matter of enquiry and actions on defaulting officers.
