Jammu, March 30: One could not understand some various kind of orders being issued by Govt just to show their presence & by wasting time of new officers instead of acting on previous officers for non compliance, which made the joke of the system but enjoyed best salarys & incentives on public taxes?
It is to mention here that Govt Rules & Acts clearly reads regarding the conduct of DPC's in various departments in a time bound manner but top bosses of Govt never bothered to look into the interest of general employees but only bothered to act on their concerns & higher placements of their near & dears & blue eyed in open violation of Rules.
However, Cross Town News is in possession of such countless issues where DPCs has been conducted for illegal regularizations &in some cases without DPCs officer has been promoted, who later gone up to Commissioner/Secretary level on the fault of some officers.
If Govt will review the status of pending DPCs in various departments, it shall detect the scam of withholding promotions of genuine ones & later they retired on superannuation on the fault of some incompetent officers, which otherwise a proved case of corruption.
