Jammu, March 04: One important issue has been raised again that Jammu Master Plan -2032 was notified in March 2017 i.e. 09 years back but J&K Development of 1970 reads that after notification of Master Plan subsequently framing of Zonal Plans should take place for more detalings of Master Plan but no Zonal Plans were framed on the fault of CTPs for the best reasons known to them in open non compliance?
Building Plans were rejects quoting "Proposed Roads" but mushrooming of illegal constructions were permitted near by areas JDA without Building Permission cases causing loss of crores to J&K Govt as BP Fee & other taxes but genuine who wanted to pay BP fee to JDA, that cases rejected by CTP of JDA supported by VC, JDA by quoting 'Proposed Road"?.
It is to mention here that Sec 50 of J&K Development Act reads that after 5 years "Owner of land may serve on the notice to govt requiring his interest in the land" following which an applicant files a Notice Under Sec 50 to Vice chairman JDA with due receipt dtd 14.02.2024 with reminders bu VC JDA preferred to sleep on the issue for the reasons best known to him .
Is VC JDA is not Govt, as replied by STP, if not why VC did not forwarded application of Sec 50 to who soever is Govt over the issue is a question on PIO & STP both, which is awaited in reply of Appeal.
However, in after getting wrong reply in RTI over the said issue & others an Appeal was filed & Ist Appellant Authority ordered to clear the facts vide order dtd. 06.02.2026 but today is 5th March ie more than one month has lapsed , reply has not been given by the boss PIO of JDA & and Authority did not bother to act on his non compliance, speaks of working of JDA?
However below snapshots speaks the truth of negligence's on the part of JDA bosses for causing intentional delay in public works.
