Srinagar, July 13: Sources said that normal life remained paralysed in Kashmir due to a strike called by the Joint Resistance Leadership and restrictions imposed to prevent protests on the martyrs’ day.
All shops and business establishments are closed in Srinagar and other towns of the valley. Curfew has been imposed in Shopian town as a precautionary measure to maintain law and order.
Curbs have also been imposed in Anantnag, Pulwama, Kulgam districts and remaining parts of Shopian district & Srinagar.
