Jammu, Feb 03: Over a case of encroachment of a part of land by JDA, which stands cleared by a report of Commission since more than 8 years back thereafter clearly ordered by then VC JDA to vacate the plot followed by clearcut report of Tehsildar of 2025, forwarded by DC Samba & Div Com to VC JDA, the Revenue Wing of JDA over ruled all reports & started a new story for causing intentional delay in public works under the nose of VC JDA.
After said harassment , a case WP(C) 3647/2025 was filed in High Court against intentional harassment by JDA & High Court vide order dtd. 24.12.2025 ordered VC JDA "To act upon the communication of AC(C) to Div Com Jammu within a period of 04 weeks from the date of passing of the order" but strange today is 4th of Feb 2026 & 04 weeks stand over but VC, Jammu Dev Authority along with his so team of Revenue Officers still silent over the issue.
It is to mention here that if Govt will enquire the matter in communication of AC(C) to Div Com Jammu dtd. 08.10.2025 addressed to VC, JDA shall detect harassment & other related issues on the part of VC, DLM & above all on Tehsildar JDA.
It is also to mention here that if whole case be enquired proved malafidies of VC, DLM, Tehsildars of the time shall be detected as every time , every officer sought new information just to delay the matter otherwise first report of Commission including Revenue Officials of JDA was crystal clear.
