JAMMU, Jan 07: With profound grief, the Officers and Officials of the Labour Department, J&K expressed deep sorrow over the sad demise of Mrs. Sapna, JKAS, W/o Shri Kuldeep Kumar, Resident of W. No. 75, Sangrampur, Near HP Petrol Pump, Gajansoo Marh Road, Jammu, who passed away on 06 January 2026.
The statement reads “Mrs. Sapna was a sincere, dedicated, and upright officer, widely admired for her humility, integrity, and unwavering commitment to public service. Her humane approach, professional competence, and pleasing personality earned her immense respect among colleagues and the public alike.
Office Her sudden demise is a great loss to the administration and has left an irreplaceable void in the Department.
