Jammu, Jan 06: In O.A./1466/2025 (JAMMU) titled DR DEEPIKA SHARMA Vs HEALTH AND MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing a bench of Pragya Sahay Saksena Member (A) Sanjeev Gupta Member (J) ordered as under:-
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that despite direction of this Tribunal dated 15.12.2025, respondent no. 2 has not recommended the name of the applicant who is the next eligible candidate in order of merit in the waiting list for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in the discipline of Obstetrics & Gynaecology under OM Category in GMC Anantnag .
Let compliance report be filed by the respondent no. 2 by the next date of hearing specifying the steps taken to comply with the order dated 15.12.2025 of this Tribunal failing which respondent no. 2 (Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, Jammu) shall appear before this Tribunal through virtual mode at 1:00 PM with his explanation.
