Jammu, Jan 04: It is well aware of the fact that lot of BP Cases were put on hold by JDA by quoting "Proposed Road" in the Master Plan of 2032, which was notified in March, 2017 for which no Zonal Plan was framed, otherwise which was in the guidelines for more detailing of the Master Plan, is another question on the working of CTPs of the time.
Above all it is to mention, CTPs has left lot of items in the Master Plan for which "Bye Laws" were not quoted in the Master plan , which stands proved by one CTP of Town Planning Org Jammu in a letter addressed to VC JDA vide No. CTPJ/JMP/2021-22/1774 Dtd. 09.03.2022 but despite that neither VC nor CTP acted.
However, present CTP JDA also in question as still silent over acting on disposing an issue of "Proposed Road" as per J&K Development Act of 1976 despite notice/application u/s 50, which was in proper receipt by JDA dtd 14.02.2024 followed by reminder to VC, JDA & Copy handed over to Ravinder Kumar, STP, JDA is still running on their table otherwise was to be resolved in 06 months after receipt of application but more that year has lapsed & month after reminder request.
Above all, again working of CTP, JDA is in question, that SO-304 was issued on 1.12.2025 by which countless instructions were added in UBBL -2021 for its implementation with restriction to clear fresh BP Cases as per new rules & acts but the said website is still missing on ground causing the failure of system of new BP cases but the boss CTP & his team are silent.
It is also to mention here that, SO-304 was notified on UBBL-2021 but status of revised Jammu Master Plan is still awaited on which the said SRO was to be implemented.
