JAMMU, Jan 3: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has called budget session of the Assembly from February 2.
The budget session has been advanced by Omar Abdullah led Government in view of holy month of Ramzan which will start around February 20.
The Lieutenant Governor will address the MLAs at 10 AM on February 2.
