RAMBAN, December 30: There are countless questions on Directorate of Tourism & Patnitop Development Authority for not acting for notification of revised Master Plan of Patnitop Development Authority, which in general would have been main tool for new developments to enhance tourism in the said area but has been observed that they are only bothered for Carnival/visits.

It is to mention here that despite wasting lakhs of rupee on revision of Master Plan on their fault but the said revised Master Plan is waiting for fate, needed to be enquired for causing loss to Govt Exchequer?

Now, again Winter Carnival Sanasar was organized by the Directorate of Tourism, Jammu, in collaboration with the Patnitop Development Authority and the District Administrations of Ramban and Udhampur on today at the picturesque meadows of Sanasar.

The statement as per press release said that event witnessed an overwhelming response, attracting a large number of tourists from across the country along with enthusiastic participation from local residents

The Press Release further said that concluding ceremony was graced by several dignitaries, including Chief Executive Officer, PDA, Virender Kumar Manyal; Additional SP, Mujeeb-ul-Rehman; Deputy Director Tourism, Jammu, Pankaj Sasan; , Dy. SP Traffic; Sajad,  Dy. SP DAR Ramban; K.K. Sharma and Dy. SP Headquarters, Waqar, among other prominent officers.

If the Master Plan is implemented , Tourist Infrastructure will come up , which will in turn lead to higher Tourist footfall as Patnitop Area is lacking behind Infrastructure like nearby Hill stations of Himachal including Dalhousie and Mcleodganj , which can cater to Tourists of all Age.
