Lucknow, Dec 31: The Income Tax Department has attached the bank account of Lucknow's Lulu Mall because it was having an outstanding tax demand notice of Rs 27 crore.
After several notices, Lulu Mall management has not deposited the said amount, resulting in the attachment of the bank account by the department.
After the attachment, the company cannot withdraw or transfer funds from the attached account.
