Kathua, Dec 28: As per DM Kathua’s order under Section 163 BNSS, all landlords/property owners must mandatorily disclose details of outsiders/tenants (including domestic help, PGs, commercial & agricultural tenants) to the concerned Police Station within 10 days. Details with CTN read as under;-
