Jammu, Dec 24: Gair Mumkin Khad Lands issue was not an issue but made by some top officers for causing intentional delays in public works.
However, SRO 456 of 2017 was issued by Govt in compliance to DB's order to resolve the issue but was not resolved causing harassment to thousand of innocents followed by which LG approved ACs decision no 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 to resolve the issue.
Thereafter LG issued new ACs Decision dtd 25th July 2025 over the same issue but again was not acted upon by the top boss Shaleen Kabra, being FCR & ACS Jal Shakti but in between Kabra issued new SoPs over the same issue by over ruling LG & Govt and no output .
However Govt headed by CM Omar Abdullah issued an order dtd 15th September, 2025 by constituting a committee of DyCM, Jal Shakti Dept & Agriculture Minister following which Today they hold an meeting over the long pending issue.
