Jammu, Dec 23: Recent act of assigning charge of Khilaf Warzi wing to Girdawers/Patwaries etc etc is talk of the town because such actions have never been taken by any of the VC/DLM till issuance of the said order, which otherwise clearly speaks of misuse of powers in violation of rules & act, otherwise should have been acted upon.
However, on Sunday, it has been observed that so called new Khilaf Warzi Inspector on the directions of his bosses stopped to slab work of a building which was being constructed in main road near Jagti but strange the slab work was completed in late hours of Sunday itself following which Khilaf Warzi Wing reportedly issued Notice Under section 7(3) on Monday & as usual it would have been stayed/Status quo by competent court by openly benefitting the concerned on the fault of JDA Officer/Officials.
However, screenshots speaks the truth of working of JDA as a whole that what the so called Khilaf Warzi Officer was doing till the slab was laid because shuttering & pillars etc cannot be raised in a day, otherwise speaks of their proved negligence or vested considerations?
