Jammu, Dec 07: In O.A./1923/2025 (JAMMU) With M.A./1839/2025 titled MOHD RAMEEZ ZARGAR Vs ANIMAL AND SHEEP HUSBANDRY DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
M.A. 1839/2025:- At the outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that since the issue involved in this case is identical one, applicants’ prayer to join together in a single application may be allowed; and is, therefore, allowed.
Accordingly, M.A. No. 1839/2025 filed for joint application is allowed.
O.A. No. 1923/2025: Heard. Issue notice to the respondents.
Respondents are directed to take instructions by the next date. List on 08.12.2025.
In the meantime, on the basis of the recommendations made vide Letter No. PSC/DR/VAS/APD dated 17.11.2025 and Select List dated 02.12.2025, no appointment shall be made till further orders.
