Spotting the seriously injured individual while travelling, the Minister immediately stopped his convoy, demonstrating a commitment beyond his official duties.
Sharma personally oversaw the initial assistance and ensured the victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital in his official vehicle for urgent medical attention.
The Minister later emphasized that helping distressed citizens is the primary responsibility of a public servant.
