Kishtwar, Nov 18: A dedicated officer, a humble human being, and a person committed to his duty, Er Sushil Sharma, who breathed his lost after brief illness during early hours of the morning at Delhi.
He was working as Assistant Executive Engineer in Jammu and Kashmir.
