New Delhi, Nov 15: Nikunja Bihari Dhal, IAS (OR:1993), Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice. Effective from 17.11.2025 to 30.11.2025  during the absence on leave of Niraj Verma, IAS (AM:1994). Copy with CTN read as under:-
