Issue notice to the respondents returnable by 05.12.2025. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG accpets notice on behalf of the respondents.
Reply be filed within four weeks. List on 05.12.2025.
In the meantime, the Respondents No. 1 is directed to place the case of the applicants before the Departmental Promotion Committee scheduled to be held on 11.11.2025 for their confirmation/regularisation as Lecturers in the Zoology.
In case, the applicants are not confirmed/regularised in the aforesaid DPC meeting, the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee meeting shall not be implemented/finalised without the leave of this Tribunal.
