Srinagar, Oct 30: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that Employee termination cases in Jammu and Kashmir should be decided through courts and not on suspicion.
CM said ""I have always said that process of terminating employees should go exclusively through the courts. Guilt can only be proven in a court and not otherwise."
