Baramulla, Oct 28: Three Young IAS Officers of AGMUT cadre Shubhankar S Pathak , Prince Kumar and Swati Sheemar are making names for themselves in Jammu and Kashmir , whereas some young IAS officers do not bother to pick up Phones of Public even during Office timings.
Shubhankar Pathak , presently posted as SDM Uri , for substantial Time period now , has gained reputation among Locals as well in J&K Administration for his work approach and people friendly work culture and in such a short period has also got Awards.
Prince Kumar and Swati Sheemar are also gaining in Public as well as Administrative circles for their work approach.
However , group of people speaking to Cross Town News , that some IAS Officers , of batches same and around above mentioned Officers do not bother to pick Phones during office timings.
They said Officers who don not pick up Phones need to learn Work Culture from the Officers like Shubhankar , Prince and Swati.
However SDM Uri Shubhnakar Pathak showing Administrative efficiency ordered to withhold salary bills of Executive Engineer/AEE along with all bills
