Jammu, Sep 23: In T.A./277/2025 (JAMMU) [ APPOINTMENT ] SWP 902/14 tiled CHANDAN VERMA Vs INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Matter pertains to year 2014 and almost 10 years has passed but till date reply has not been filed till dated.
In the interest of justice two weeks time is granted to respondents to file reply failing which salary of the Secretary as well as the salary of the General Manager of Industries would be stopped on the next date of hearing and they are also directed to remain present before the court on the next date.
