JAMMU, Sep 19: Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Atal Dulloo is now the senior most IAS Officer in joint AGMUT cadre.
As per details with Cross Town News, 1989 batch IAS Officer of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre , Atal Dulloo is the senior most IAS Officer across full AGMUt cadre ( with which J&K cadre also stands merged).
Atal Dulloo, Civil Engineer , took charge as Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir on 1st December 2023.
Prior to this Dulloo , was posted as Secretary Border Managemenet in Government of India and has held prolific postsing in Jammu and Kashmir like Administrative Secretary Finance and Health.
