Jammu, Sep 14: In C.P./81/2025 (JAMMU) In O.A./557/2023 titled MOHAMMAD AYAZ IQBAL Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Despite granting various opportunities to the contemnors, they have failed to file compliance report. They are sending files from one department to another.
Now, Secretary GAD and Secretary, Education will remain present if compliance report is not filed within four weeks otherwise bailable warrant will be issued against them.
