Jammu, Sep 02: One, Executive engineers wrote a letter to Superintending for actions on "Unauthorized Constructions of Tube Wells/Production Wells" but had he bothered to see that whether he is supplying required quantity of drinking water to each such concerned as recommended by Govt on daily basis, if not he is also liable for actions for not supply recommended quantity of water to public.
