Is Revenue Wing of JDA intentionally causing loss to Jammu Dev Authority, allowing encroachments?

Jammu, Aug 31: There are countless questions on working of various officers but especially on Revenue wing of Jammu Development Authority as not bothering to fence all JDA lands to save them from being encroched,  which in later stage causes litigations, unnecessary expenses to lakhs on litigation charges on JDA but on the fault of Revenue Wing of JDA?

One can see, a prime land adjoining to ICICI Bank at Janipur, Main stop of crores has been fenced in  heavy rains & another prime plot in Khasra No 1080 in Ploura has also been fenced by land grabbers.

It is to mention here that once upon a time the compound wall of the said plot at Ploura was dismantled by JDA team with Police but one could not understand that thereafter how the compound wall constructed in said plot  & till day it has been come to understand that JDA has not done anything till day to recover those two prime plots.

However, it was spoken to a senior officer of JDA & he told that they could not understood that how the encroachers constructed compound walls despite "Status Quo" from the competent court but the are shortly acting on it by legal means.

It is to mention here that one applicant filed an RTI to JDA for seeking details of JDA lands, which are not fenced on 2nd July but reply reached to applicant on 18th August but with No/Dt of 2nd August with the observations to ask details for particular Khasra number, clearly speaks that the said Revenue Officer is not with the details of JDA Plots, which are not fenced or intentionally sleeping, so that may be encroached by grabbers, needed to be acted upon.

However, below snapshots speak a part of the story.
