LG J&K drops charges against IFS Officer , DFO

JAMMU, Aug 30: Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha dropped charges against retired IFS Officer J Frankoi and also against DFO Sunil Singh  with warning as they took decision on humanitarian grounds.
