Jammu, Aug 28: Northern Railways is ensuring smooth journey for stranded tourists via a special unreserved train from Jammu station to New Delhi on Thursday, officials said.
An unreserved special train is scheduled from Jammu to Delhi, around 2 pm on Thursday, to help stranded tourists.
