Jammu, Aug 25: Till the day "Action Taken Reports" not acted upon by various offices till then system can be made efficient & worthwhile.
One can easily seek ATRs of their order/instructions issued from time to time & it shall be found that most would not have been bothered t.
However, LG & CM Offices can see the incompetence of Office of Revenue Secretary & Tourism Secretary by not replying to LG despite reminders , which can be seen from No. LGS-1(GR)25/438 dtd 24.01.2025 followed by reminder No. LGS-1(GR)25/2180 & another letter communicated to Tourism Secretary vide No. LGS-1(GR)25/439 dtd 24.01.2025 followed by reminder vide No. LGS-1(GR)25/2179 dtd 13.06.2025.
Above all it is to mention here that both complaints were made by an applicant to LG over a issue of non compliance, which is otherwise causing loss to Govt Exchequer to the tune of crores per month & is stopping developments on the other side.
