Jammu, Aug 23: During heavy rains and water flow in Kathua town, Car submerged in water near Dreamland Park causing death of one renowned Advocate & businessman of Kathua namely Ravi Kumar Sharma.
People are questioning Kathua Administration over the issue as sides of causeway were not properly grilled even after recent cloudburst issue and flood like issue following that , as khad was deep on the downside & if had been grilled, the precious life would have been saved.
