J&K:CAT to take coercive actions against Additional Chief Secretary, if fails in compliance

Jammu, Aug 11: In C.P./189/2025 (JAMMU) In O.A./410/2024 SENIORITY  titled  MUSHTAQ AHMED Vs SHRI SANTMANU, COMMISSIONER AND ORS after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

Despite granting various opportunities to the contemnors, they have failed to file the compliance report. Four weeks' time as a matter of last opportunity is granted to the contemnors to file compliance report failing which they would remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing and explain why the contempt proceeding would not be initiated against them for not filing the compliance of order, otherwise coercive action shall be taken against them.
