Srinagar, Aug 01: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a high-level meeting to review preparations for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga 2025’ campaign, to be observed from 2nd to 15th August as part of the ongoing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Emphasizing mass participation, he called on departments to engage school children, youth, and citizens across rural and urban areas.
The campaign will unfold in three phases—awareness through wall art and exhibitions (2–8 August), community celebrations including Tiranga Yatras, cultural festivals, and SHG-led melas (9–12 August), and grand flag hoisting ceremonies with building illuminations and the popular ‘Selfie with Tiranga’ initiative (13–15 August).
Over 15 lakh flags will be distributed across J&K, with a digital portal enabling real-time monitoring.
This year’s campaign focuses on creative grassroots participation through art, music, and cultural expression, reinforcing the spirit of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.”
