Jammu, July 5: In C.P./340/2024 (JAMMU) [ CONTEMPT ] In T.A./416/2020 With M.A./928/2025 titled ANIL SINGH Vs D/O GENERAL ADMINISTRATION after hearing CAT ordered as under;-
Vide order dated 23.07.2024, the contemnors were directed to give appointment to the petitioner.
However, the order was not complied. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition before this Tribunal.
However, the contemnors have neither challenged this order before the Hon'ble High Court of J&K nor complied the same till date.
It seems that they are deliberately disobeying the order of this Court.
So, the Deputy Commissioner and Secretary GAD directed to remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing to explain why contempt proceedings would not be initiated against them otherwise Robkar would be framed against them on that day.
