Jammu, June 2: Again Law department, issued instructions for timely filing of replies in Courts but had ever Law secretary bothered to act on his previous instructions issued into the same matter, because delay in filing reply/objections is making delay in justice but officers concerned never bothered to acted upon for their negligence by making the system as a failure.
There are orders issued by Law Department for filing reply in one month, no adjournments by Govt Counsels etc etc but it has never been acted upon for its non compliance, which made Honble Courts to pass adverse orders against Govt, like personal appearance & costs etc.
However, Law secretary can see actions of DC Office Jammu, as despite so many orders from High Court reply in WP(C) 1330 of 2023 was not filed, wherein even DC Jammu has detected a fraud of fraud permission granted by DC Office Jammu & fraud mutations etc etc issued by Revenue Officers?
However, again new instructions for filing replies has been issued by Law secretary, details below
