Jammu, June 24: In O.A./795/2025 (JAMMU) titled ARUN KUMAR Vs HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.
Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. A.A.G. for Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. A.A.G appears and accepts notices on behalf of the respondents.
Respondents shall file reply on or before the next date of hearing, supplying an advance copy to the learned counsel for the applicant.
List on 21.07.2025.
In the meantime, impugned Transfer order No. 269-JK(HE) of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 by virtue of which the applicant has been transferred from Govt. Degree College, Sarh Bagga Mahore to Govt. Degree College, Ramnagar shall remain stayed qua the applicant.
The respondents shall permit the applicant to continue to work at his present place of posting till the next date of hearing.
